Introduction

In a recent address, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari highlighted the concept of “scholar warriors” during his speech at the Air Force capstone seminar.
This seminar marked the conclusion of the third Warfare & Aerospace Strategy Program (WASP) course.
The Indian Air Force Chief emphasized that the 15-week strategic program has refined the definition of scholar warriors, combining intellectual acumen with combat prowess in today's complex and dynamic security environment.

Shukla noted that while the concept is ancient, military education needs to constantly evolve for the all-round development of professionals.
